Description
Varietal
Gamay.
The aromatic grape has been thriving on the Jongieux slopes since the 60s, giving – depending the year – a unique character of fresh and ripe fruit.
Tasting
This Jongieux, from the Gamay varietal, give a lively red wine, intense, clear and shiny.
Generous with its aromas, in the mouth it frees notes of well ripened red fruits (blackcurrant, strawberry, raspberry) with a spicy and mineral finish.
Works well with cured meat, white meats, and grilled meat and fish.
